Airline stocks edge higher with Delta Air Lines
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — Airline stocks rose Monday despite a slight decline in the wider market. The NYSE Arca Airline Index added less than 1% to 38.25 points with all but three of its 13 components in the black. Last week the sector benchmark jumped about 9%.
